Grilled fish

Prep time: 1hr 30 mins

Cooking time: 50 mins

One medium sized tilapia fish

One large red bell pepper(blended with no water) or 2 tbsp crushed pepper

½ cup of oil

2 tbsp salt

2 cubes of bouillon stock cubes

½ cup lemon juice from concentrate

In a large bowl, add the lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, stock cubes, and salt.

Mix thoroughly till it’s evenly incorporated.

Take your fish and cut laterally from one side and remove all the dirt.

Make 3 cuts on both sides of the fish (don’t cut through).

Wash thoroughly.

Put your fish in the marinade you have in the bowl(make sure you rub the marinade inside as well as on the fish evenly).

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a baking tray, put a piece of foil paper, place your well marinated fish into it, then add another foil paper to close.

Place in a preheated oven of 375 degrees.

Grill for 45 mins.

Place on a cooling rack.

voila , your fish is ready to be served with all necessary condiments.
