Mango Jam

Ingredients

1 cup water

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 lemon

2 mangoes (chopped)

Directions:

In a pot, add water and sugar with lemon juice, bring to a boil on high heat.

Turn heat down and add chopped mangoes.

Cook for 5 minutes, then mash with fork.

Continue cooking till thickened.

Remove from heat and set aside to cool( jam will thicken as it cools)

Transfer jam into a clean jar and store in the refrigerator.
